Declaration By Student

  • I promise to abide by the rules and regulations of the college / Bangalore North University faithfully.
  • I declare that the particulars and documents furnished are in utmost good faith and are correct.
  • l agree that I will attend the college in full uniform as prescribed by the college.
  • I agree to the condition that the fee paid by me to the college is not refundable under any circumstances.
  • In case I discontinue in the middle of the course, I promise to pay the entire course fee and collect my original marks card.
  • I will not carry my mobile phone, I pods, or any other electronic devices to the college, the moment it is confiscated by the authorities
  • I will be regular to the classes and shall maintain a minimum of 75% attendance in each subject. as per the university norms. In case I fall short of attendance, the college authorities have all the rights to withdraw me from appearing to the university examinations. I too will abide by the rules and will abstain from appearing for the exam.

Declaration By Parent or Guardian

  • l agree to the admission of my Son / Daughter / Ward to the course and shall be responsible for his / her conduct and good behavior during the period of his / her college career. In case of misconduct if any, the rules of the college and of Bangalore North University will apply.
  • I Will pay all the prescribed fees on time.
  • 3. I shall inform the college authorities of any changes in the address or telephone number.
  • 4. I abide to the condition that the fee paid by me to the college in not refunded under any circumstances.
  • 5. I hereby promise that I will visit college frequently or whenever called by college authorities to know the progress of my ward.
  • 6. In case my Son/Daughter/ Ward discontinues in the middle of the course. I promise to pay the entire course fee and collect his/ her original marks card.
  • 7. I shall see that my Son/ Daughter does not carry mobile phones. I pods or any other electronic devices to the college if found destroy it.
