In today’s world both business and private life is threatened every minute due to cyber security threats. Cyber security is vital because it covers everything that has to do with protecting our data from cyber attackers who wish to steal it and use it for malicious purposes. The job of a cyber security specialist is to plug all vulnerabilities in systems, networks, and infrastructures so that data does not slip into the hands of hackers.
The BCA program in Cyber Security is designed to equip students with the technical knowledge and skills needed to protect and defend against cyber threats and help them plan, implement, and monitor cyber security mechanisms to ensure the protection of information technology assets.
Apart from the regular BCA program, the students are given specific exposure to topics covering :
Candidates who have completed two years Pre-University course of Karnataka State or its equivalent from any Indian or Foreign approved education board or institution are eligible for admission into this course as notified by the University from time to time.
